ProSpect Home Diagnostics is dedicated to providing our clients with the vital information they need about the home they are interested in purchasing or selling. After 8 years as a city building inspector it became clear to me that home buyers and home owners simply were not the priority. I felt very strongly that they needed to be the #1 priority, ALWAYS. It was frustrating and disheartening to fight for that priority day after day without having the necessary power to create change. The main goal of the city was to put all the money they could into projects they felt had a higher priority. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the quality of their services suffered at the expense of the people who would ultimately be occupying and raising their families in homes that were not receiving thorough inspections. It is important to point out that it was not the fault of the inspectors, they just were not given enough time to get the job done properly. After much soul searching and research I decided that conducting home inspections would give me the opportunity to meet my #1 priority, making a positive impact in the lives of people and families using my expertise in construction and inspection.

I am both a CREIA (California Real Estate Inspector’s Association) Certified Inspector and an InterNachi Certified Professional Inspector and have performed thousands of inspections for home buyers, sellers, commercial building buyers and new construction buyers since 1995.
